Summary
Brenda has some bad days that have her rethinking the handcuffs. Time with the Carters on New Year's Eve give things a lift. Carole and Brenda go shopping and find some nice deals. They chat some with a little girl and her mother ("Mommy, look! Those ladies have on handcuffs like daddy makes you wear!") and the time gives the pair giggles for the rest of the day.
