Summary
Because of the crazy schedule, they have lunch before they leave Lee's Ferry. Crystal tells Scooter that Nicole is seriously scared about the rapids. They agree to run Badger and stop for a break right after, since that's the last good place to hike out for several days. Nicole decided to stick it out, at least for a few days. Later, Crystal suggests to Nicole that she try rowing, since it might take her mind off of her fears.
The GCR tour passes them, and Scooter reminds Jim of their upcoming date. Tanisha overhears this, and kids Scooter about having a boyfriend. Nicole seems to be doing well with the oars, and seems happier.
