Summary

Heather has returned from Hawaii upset with Japanese whaling, she suggests the possibility of organising a suicide attack on a whaling ship. Dale & Harris tell her about the Gibson's Water Snake in Spearfish Lake, and gives her Dr. Gerjevic's name. Heather is disappointed that it only involves assessment to start with, although she is told that the donor funding them will be aware of what's going on, and wants monthly reports. Heather decides to clear out of her apartment for the duration.
