Noah Whittaker is the youth pastor at Glen Hill Road First Baptist Church in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He first appeared in Dawnwalker at Ocoee, where he offered to help Crystal after the harrowing incident when she and Randy had faced two drunk kayakers who had pulled knives on them.
He subsequently appears in Canyon Fires, having been recruited by Crystal for Canyon Tours.
